If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from 9310-8884 Quebec inc. and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.



Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Hard goods must be returned to 9310-8884 Quebec inc. immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected].
The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in 9310-8884 Quebec inc. sole, reasonable discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*. 



Non-returnable Items:

No refunds on physical products will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. No refunds on digital products will be provided more than 7 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the respective delay, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis. 



Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

In most cases due to their nature, digital products are considered consumed as soon as you have been granted access to them. Therefore, in most cases they are not refundable.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to ask for a refund of digital goods for particular circumstances. So they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
